Eric Holder has used his office to block the passing of legislation that would require voters to show identification at the polls. Though groups who sue to block this legislation can’t seem to produce examples of people who have been denied the right to vote, he supports these law suits.
He has stated that evidence of voter fraud is “manufactured” by those who show examples of such fraud.
Recently, James O’Keefe demonstrated to the Attorney General just how easy it is to commit fraud. During the DC Primary, an agent of O’Keefe’s Project Veritas showed up at Mr. Holders own polling station without identification and claimed to be Eric Holder. Though Mr. Holder is a tall African American middle aged man who should be recognized by many people, the person claiming to be him was young, white and had nothing other than his word to prove he was not the Attorney General of the United States. The agent gave Eric Holder’s name and address after which the poll worker gave him Eric Holders primary voting ballot. It was that simple.
Even after the impersonator suggested that the pollster check his identification, the pollster refused saying he didn’t need it. As long as he was here, on the list and claiming to be him, that was OK.
You would think this would convince Attorney General Holder that voter fraud and identification laws are something that should be addressed, But Mr. Holder is not convinced. Though polls have shown that Americans overwhelmingly want voter identification laws, Mr. Holder thinks otherwise.
